Thoughts in Winter

When it starts to get chilly and rainy here incologne, I start dreaming of Croatia again. Last year I went there and took these pictures

Wow -- it's BEAUTIFUL! Reminds me a bit of Greece... which is ridiculous, actually, because I've never *been* to Greece (but desperately want to go... someday!).

It is the most amazing place. My favorite destination. I have been going to Croatia for many years with my students (pix on my website)

How is Croatia in early spring? I want to go in March but Rainer is insisting that the weather is no good then.

I have never been there in early spring, I will ask around. Dubrovnik will probably be warm then, Istria would be cooler.
