I'll spend more time reading up on your world after I do some (rather uncharacteristic) spring -- er, I mean SNOW-prompted -- cleaning in the kitchen. Got any pointers for the first deep refrigerator/freezer cleaning in over a year?! (Hanging head...)

By the way, the German AFS exchange student for whom I'm a liasion this year is from Koeln (Bergish-Gladbach, to be exact). I've been there a few times and love it!
